Q: What exactly is the Voodoo Stockings subscription?
A: It’s a simple way to make sure you never run out of your favourites. Once you subscribe, your Voodoo Stockings are delivered to you automatically at regular intervals — no need to reorder each time.
Q: Will I pay more for a subscription?
A: Not at all. Subscription orders are charged at the exact same price as you've always known.
Q: How often can I get deliveries?
A: You can choose a frequency that suits you best — monthly, every 2 months, every 3 months.
Q: How long will it take to receive my first subscription order?
A: The current wait time for new Voodoo Subscriptions is approximately 4 weeks. This allows time for incoming stock and the setup of your ongoing deliveries. If you’ve chosen a monthly subscription, you’ll receive your first two months’ deliveries together in one initial shipment. After that, your subscription will continue on its regular schedule and your card will be charged automatically before each renewal.(updated 15/10/25)
Q: How can I pay for my subscription?
A: Subscriptions can be paid with a debit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Q: Can I make changes to my subscription?
A: Yes, you’re in control. You can pause your subscription, skip an order, update your delivery address, change your frequency, or adjust quantities whenever you like. The only thing you can’t do is add a brand-new product into an existing subscription — for that, you’d start a new one.
Q: What happens if something I’ve subscribed to is out of stock?
A: If an item is temporarily out of stock, that part of your subscription may be held until it’s available again. We’ll work with you to adjust if needed.
Q: Can I still use discount codes or promotions?
A: Subscriptions aren’t eligible for discount codes or promotions — but you’ll always receive the same trusted pricing you know, with the added ease of having your favourites delivered automatically.
Q: Do subscription prices ever change?
A: Your subscription always follows our current product pricing.
Q: Can I return or exchange stockings?
A: For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on stockings once they’ve been purchased or removed from their packaging. Please choose carefully when ordering, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re unsure about sizing before you buy — we’re always happy to help.
Q: Where can I get subscription deliveries?
A: Subscriptions are available only within New Zealand.
